2. Benzyl cinnamate is used as an ultraviolet absorber. It is mainly used in sun protection and tanning cosmetics. The absorption wavelength for ultraviolet rays is 310nm. The addition amount is usually less than 5%.
3. Benzyl cinnamate CAS 103-41-3 is used in the formulation of edible flavorings and is commonly used to blend fruit-flavored flavorings such as apricot, cherry and pineapple.
