1. Antioxidant ODA is an important general-purpose variety with practical application value among diphenylamine antioxidants. It is applicable to the aging protection effect of synthetic rubbers such as natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, chloroprene rubber and nitrile rubber. It is mainly used as a weak pollution anti-aging agent, which can prevent the damage of rubber under thermal aging and multiple deformations.
2. Dioctyldiphenylamine has a protective effect on thermal hydrogen aging and flex cracking, and is particularly effective for chloroprene rubber. It has a significant anti-thermal brittleness effect in chloroprene rubber and enhances the anti-ozone effect.
3. Dioctyldiphenylamine has good dispersibility in rubber compounds, medium solubility in rubber compounds, and does not bloom. It is mainly used in the manufacture of rubber products such as wire and cable tires, rubber shoes, rubber sheets, rubber belts, sponges, and rubber rollers.
