This product can be used for the following types of plastic products:

1. Hard polyvinyl chloride products: increase the flowability of hard polyvinyl chloride during melting. 5. Polyamide: Used for PA6, a small amount of addition can achieve the effect of an internal release agent. Sometimes, extremely fine powder of this additive is sprinkled into PA particles.
6. In the thermoplastic PUR injection molding process, this additive also serves as an internal release agent, with an added amount of 0.1-1%.
7. Polyoxymethylene (POM): EBS is used as a polyoxymethylene lubricant, which has a good application effect. Adding 0.5% EBS to polyoxymethylene increased the melt flow rate, improved demolding properties, and the whiteness, thermal stability, and various physical indicators of polyoxymethylene reached the standards of high-quality products.
8. Phenolic resin: In casting processing, adding EBS to the mixture of resin and sand can not only lubricate demolding, but also increase its strength. Adding 3-5% EBS can increase its tensile strength by 10-20%.
9. Pigments and filler dispersants: In plastic masterbatch and modified plastic additives, the dispersibility and dosage of pigments and fillers can be improved, processing efficiency can be enhanced, and the brightness and brightness of masterbatch can be improved. The dosage is 0.5-5%.
